Learn more about ACC and our work here .We are seeking a permanent Junior Salesforce Engineer, either starting or recently started with Apex or Lightning Web Components (LWC) in Salesforce, to join our team at ACC. While our preference is for Wellington-based candidates, we are open to applicants from other areas of New Zealand for the right fit.As a Junior Salesforce Platform Engineer, you will be part of an internal Salesforce team responsible for implementing changes across our Salesforce orgs. You will help establish sustainable platform governance and delivery models that provide value while maintaining operational efficiency. Our Salesforce environment is complex, utilizing multiple clouds and products, including Lightning Platform, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, Public Sector Solutions, Marketing Cloud, and Omnistudio.You will have the opportunity to work on a sophisticated, expanding platform with numerous applications and tools, delivering transparent, integrated, and fit-for-purpose changes continuously across ACC. University graduate or equivalent experience Basic working knowledge of core Salesforce productsExperience with custom development using Apex, outbound messages, SOAP, REST API, external services, and Lightning Web Components Basic understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java Knowledge of modern development techniques and DevOps frameworks, including Flow, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelinesStrong communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, evolving environment Attention to detail; responsible and accountable for assigned work Enjoy working collaboratively in cross-functional teams to solve problems and deliver quality products Genuine passion for Salesforce capabilities and continuous learning of the platformContribute to requirements gathering, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform Adopt best practices in code health, testing, and maintainability, supported by team leads and colleagues For the full position description, please click here .
