About the role: As Senior Communications Advisor, you will primarily work to serve a large, diverse and nationally spread operational workforce with engaging, informative and creative communications using a variety of channels and tools at your disposal.The work will be equally diverse and could cover everything from supporting Policy development, to internal and external engagement activity, to key organisational initiatives and updates that will all require collaboration within your own team as well as Media and Digital Channels to deliver the best outcomes possible.What you bring: In order to be considered for this role, you ideally bring the following skills, traits and experience: 5+ years in Communications delivery at Senior Advisor level Experience in internal / organisational / corporate communications, ideally in large and complex public sector organisations with a large operational workforceStrong writing skills that cover everything from speeches for CEs and senior leaders, staff profiles, and editorial style content Strong multimedia content skills and knowledge of digital channels, particularly those used for staff communications Cultural competency, meaning you naturally and effectively integrate Te Reo Māori and Te Ao Māori principles authentically within all communication activities, fostering genuine connections with Māori communities and stakeholdersA collaborative, solution-focused mindset and fantastic interpersonal and relationship skills Apply now!
