Here's more of what the role entails: Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge. Presenting the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers. Working at the front desk, which includes answering phones, getting to know members, and providing a premier customer service experience.Presenting and selling membership options based on recommendations from the coach. Giving studio tours. Guiding new members through their first Orangetheory workout in collaboration with coaches and the Studio Manager. Handling member concerns professionally, empathetically, and objectively.Participating in marketing and outreach events such as festivals, 5K's, marathons, and community events. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of all studio areas. Enjoy a FREE Orangetheory membership; we ask that you take at least 2 classes per week as part of your role.
