Description
In this key role, you’ll lead day-to-day tenant relationship management and contribute to the long-term growth and planning of a unique portfolio. As the Tenant Services Manager, you’ll work with the Leasing and Tenancy Manager to support current tenants while planning for future growth. You’ll lead lease negotiations, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and provide expert advice on leasing, property operations, and safety management. You’ll also manage one direct report and play a pivotal role as the business prepares for a growing tenant base — meaning we’re looking for someone with strong operational delivery and a strategic mindset who can see the big picture.What You’ll Do Lead commercial lease negotiations and foster strong relationships with tenants and landlords Support tenant operations and resolve issues with a focus on service and long-term value Guide and support one direct report Assist with infrastructure planning, development initiatives, andmarket insightsIdentify and promote unique tenancy opportunities across our technical and complex spaces Represent the organisation in transformation initiatives and cross-sector collaboration Provide sound commercial advice to leadership and the board Role model organisational behaviours and the principles of Te Tiriti o WaitangiWhat You Bring Proven experience in leasing, tenancy management, and commercial property Strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills Excellent data and records management abilities A big-picture approach and experience supporting business growth Understanding of public and private sector leasing modelsExperience managing or mentoring team members What Sets This Company Apart Our client is a leading organisation that values innovation, excellence and commitment to quality.
