This pivotal role requires providing high-quality advice and guidance across Te Poutāhū | Curriculum Centre and the wider ministry teams. You will handle complex issues, liaise with stakeholders, and assist in preparing documents, plans, and processes aligned with strategic and operational goals.The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a difference, detail-oriented, adaptable to changing workloads, and effective in stakeholder communication. Key requirements include: Strong knowledge of government machinery. Ability to analyze information and provide clear, transparent responses.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Support and contribute to project development and learning. Ability to build credible relationships quickly and positively. Experience managing sensitive and confidential information. Efficiently initiate and maintain information management processes.Provide credible advice and assess impacts on plans and actions. Salary range: $84,425 - $102,271 per annum + 3% KiwiSaver.
