This role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning data into insights, improving processes, and supporting strategic decision-making. The Process and ReportingAnalyst will analyze business data to identify trends and inefficiencies, and maintain accurate process maps and work instructions. You will lead improvements that enhance the experience for clients and staff, and support capacity planning with data insights.Additionally, you will manage key tools and systems used across the business and collaborate with stakeholders to align processes with business goals and risk standards. What You’ll Bring Proven experience in process analysis, business reporting, or a similar role. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
