Senior Customer Service Executive Wellington Description As a member of the InvestNow team, this role involves providing onboarding, transactional, and customer experience support over the phone, via email, and chat for investors.Job responsibilities Take full ownership of client interactions across various touchpoints - social media, email, phone. Provide insights and information to enhance customer experience, support business decisions, and improve operational efficiency. Maintain knowledge of AML/CFT practices for customer onboarding, transaction monitoring, and ongoing due diligence.Assist the Head of Customer Services with monthly and quarterly reporting to internal and external stakeholders. Support the General Manager and team with ad hoc tasks. Skills required Experience in a frontline customer service role, ideally within retail financial services. Experience as a domain expert on products/services is preferred.Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Trello, Intercom for CRM. Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
