They support a diverse range of clients, including fund managers, insurance companies, sovereign wealth funds, superannuation funds, brokers, major banks, and corporates, ensuring smooth, secure, and reliable financial transactions across global markets.As part of the operational entities, the Operational Risk Analyst will work closely with senior leadership to maintain and continuously improve the operational risk management framework— helping safeguard assets, uphold client trust, and drive excellence in risk practices. You will report directly to the Senior Risk Manager and play a key role in a collaborative and innovative environment.About the Role In this pivotal position, you will: Identify and assess operational risks and help define risk appetite across the business. Apply and evolve risk mitigation frameworks, including segregation of duties, incident management, and control frameworks. Develop risk monitoring tools and drive transparency in risk reporting to leadership, control functions, governance bodies, and regulators.Train and raise awareness of operational risk across teams. Support governance, audit recommendations, historical incident tracking, anti-fraud initiatives, and ISAE compliance. What You’ll Bring You are an analytical thinker with a proactive attitude towards risk management. Your skills and experience will include:A tertiary-level qualification (essential). Expertise in executing Operational Risk Management Frameworks (ORMF) and Control Management Frameworks (CMF). Strong knowledge of financial services— custody and fund administration experience highly advantageous. Background in external or internal audit, or Line 2 Compliance/Operational Risk functions (preferred).Exceptional communication skills, stakeholder management, integrity, and decision-making ability.
