Account Manager, Wellington

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with a background in selling ERP software to a diverse range of customers. In this role, you will work closely with our key customers across the region and be responsible for their growth and retention. This position can be based in either Auckland or Wellington.What you will be doing Maintain and enhance a portfolio of existing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth. Partner with the TechOne Direct and sales leadership teams to identify new business opportunities. Develop and implement sales plans to meet targets from new and existing clients.Analyze market potential within the existing customer base to upsell and cross-sell TechOne solutions. Collaborate with presales, bid management, and other stakeholders. Negotiate pricing and discounts, liaising with sales leadership, presales, and operations to ensure client retention and business continuity.Your Talents… Experience in software account management, with knowledge of NZ customers. Proven B2B sales success, preferably in ERP sales, including lead generation and opportunity management. A track record of exceeding sales targets.
