You will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish—ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, while aligning with our strategic vision.What You’ll Bring to the Table | Ngā Mea ka Mauria e Koe ki te Rūnanga 3+ years’ experience managing multiple projects valued between $500k and $1M+. Strong background in commercial contracting or project management. Proven ability to manage clients and fulfill contractual commitments. Excellentcomputing and systems skills (Microsoft Suite, Microsoft Project; Procore experience is a plus).A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction, or Project Management. Site Safety certification and a full Class 1 driver’s license. PRINCE2 or PMP certification is advantageous. Experience leading the delivery of refurbishment, building upgrades, and new build projects. Experience managing project budgets, procurement, scheduling, and contract administration.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Commitment to health, safety, quality, and environmental standards compliance. Drive for continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery.
