Mō te tūnga | About the role We have an exciting 9-month fixed-term opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Business Analyst team at our Wellington National Office. This team delivers services across six digital product groups and business initiatives.As a Senior Business Analyst , you will drive meaningful change and business improvements for our Health Services. Your work will ensure business needs are clearly communicated and understood, shaping solutions that impact system effectiveness and service quality. To succeed, you will have: Strong Business Analysis experience with in-depth knowledge of analysis techniques and toolsExcellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration between technical and non-technical teams Problem-solving experience and skills in preparing business requirements, functional specifications, and as-built documents Stakeholder and relationship management skills Experience with Practice Management systems is desirableKnowledge of ADO (Azure DevOps) and Agile methodologies is helpful Join an experienced Business Analysis team that values collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and personal growth.
