You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves, give things a go, and have fun doing it — even when things get messy.Your Role: As our Practice Coordinator, you’ll be the right-hand person to the principal chiropractor, helping to execute our vision for growth and community impact. You’ll play a central role in ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, and in front of house. You’ll be responsible for:Leading and mentoring our Chiropractic Assistant (Reception) Team Overseeing office systems, admin, and operations to keep things flowing Coordinating marketing efforts (online, print, community-based) Supporting practice growth projects (events, promotions, partnerships) Assisting in financial tracking, reporting, and performance metricsMaintaining patient experience standards and supporting team morale Collaborating closely with the principal chiropractor to align on strategy and execution Perks and Opportunities: Bonuses based on performance— your drive will be rewarded.
