The Opportunity We have a large data project meaning there is now an opportunity to join Pāmu on a 1-year fixed term contract as our Senior Technology Business Analyst.This is a pivotal time of transformation, where automation, data, and integration are central to driving success across our more than 100 farms nationwide. You’ll play a key role in connecting business needs with data and technology solutions across our nationwide farming operations and Wellington-based corporate team. You will also lead the discovery and definition of business requirements, translating them into actionable, testable technical specifications that guide successful delivery.Sitting at the intersection of business and technology, you’ll work across farm operations, corporate teams, and the Data&Technology function to deliver insights, streamline processes, and enable smarter decision-making. You’ll also use your SQL and Snowflake expertise to interrogate and validate data, ensure traceability across solutions, and promote continuous improvement and best practice in digital delivery.Collaborate with teams across tech, operations, and finance to deliver high-impact, real-world solutions, lead the design and development of integration solutions across cloud and on-prem platforms and orchestrate automation and data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, SSIS, and Snowflake. About You Your success in this role will come from your ability to advocate for technology, bridge communication between technical and non-technical teams, and drive the delivery of meaningful, data-driven business outcomes.You’ll be a natural collaborator who’s comfortable operating across Agile and Waterfall environments, and confident engaging with stakeholders from farm teams to senior leadership. Experience working in the agriculture sector or geographically spread environments would be an advantage.
