Programme Coordinator - 12 month fixed term Our client is seeking a dedicated Programme Coordinator for a 12-month fixed term role based in Wellington. Ideally, you will be happy working on-site; however, there is flexibility once up and running.What You'll Do As a Programme Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing various programmes using your expertise in MS Project. Your proficiency in Excel will be crucial for data analysis and report generation. You will be responsible for governance and board reporting as well as overseeing project financials. Working collaboratively with various teams, you will contribute to the smooth execution of projects. Your ability to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines will demonstrate your flexibility and resilience.What You Bring Minimum 5 years of experience in Project/Programme Coordination Proven experience working on HRIS&FIMS projects Strong proficiency in MS Project and Excel Experience in governance&board reporting Ability to manage project financials effectively Excellent interpersonal skills for team collaboration This fixed-term role offers market rates.
