Our commitment has made us a leader in pet care.Our Pet Specialty Team offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated, innovative, and experienced Key Account Manager with excellent stakeholder relationship skills and commercial acumen to join the Pet Care Category on a full-time, permanent basis. A day in the life... You will contribute to the success of the Pet Specialty Channel by managing your customer portfolio. Your responsibilities include:Developing and implementing strategies and business plans to meet account/channel objectives Maximising distribution opportunities and optimising in-store layout and positioning Managing promotional strategies to maximise portfolio visibility Forecast ownership, review promotional ROI, and suggest improvementsBuilding strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and key accounts Providing regular market updates and insights Conducting pricing reviews and providing recommendations What Will Make You Successful We seek someone with the ambition to deliver business success and build a long-term career with Nestlé. The ideal candidate will have:Proven key account management experience in the Pet and/or Vet industry A solution-focused approach with creativity and courage to achieve outcomes An analytical mindset for performance analysis and process improvements Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teamsCommercial acumen and successful relationship-building experience A degree qualification (preferred) Full New Zealand working rights are required, and pre-employment checks may be necessary.
