The Opportunity Are you an experienced Drill Rig Operator with a passion for excellence? We're seeking a dedicated professional to operate various cranes and drill rigs, ensuring all tasks are performed safely and efficiently.About The Role Safely operate cranes and drill rigs as directed by site leadership. Perform daily safety inspections and maintain equipment in top condition. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, ensuring a safe work environment. Participate in safety meetings and contribute to the development of work plans.Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations. Assist in planning and executing construction projects to meet targets. What You’ll Bring Certified to operate cranes/rigs and hold a full NZ driver license. Minimum 5 years of crane and drill rig operation experience in civil construction.Experience with various crane disciplines such as vibro hammers, drop hammers, sheet piling, driven piling, and general lifting. Strong commitment to health and safety practices. Good literacy, numeracy, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and in physically demanding environments.Why join us?
