We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our Technologies team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders to analyze, design, and improve IT and business systems supporting our network of retirement villages.This is a 6-month fixed-term contract. What You’ll Do Analyze and document business needs and system requirements Lead process improvement initiatives and system enhancements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions Support change management and training for new systems and processesMaintain documentation using tools like Miro&the Microsoft suite What You’ll Need 5+ years’ experience in business systems analysis or process mapping Strong communication and facilitation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business information systems Understanding of the System Development Lifecycle What’s In It For YouBirthday leave Supplier discounts Sick Leave from day one If this role interests you, click the apply button now!
