What’s critical here is hands-on experience with configuring Microsoft 365 (particularly Dynamics) and an LMS — ideally Moodle. You'll work closely with internal teams to support system enhancements, improve workflows, and ensure platforms are set up to meet the needs of the organisation and itslearners. It’s a great step for someone looking to move into functional consulting or grow their product-side BA skills.Day-to-Day Responsibilities Configure and support Microsoft 365 systems (especially Dynamics) Manage and maintain Moodle (or similar LMS) platform configurations Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and plan improvements Analyse and optimise processes, workflows and user journeysSupport roadmap planning and solution delivery across platforms Skills and Experience Required Solid experience with Microsoft 365 configuration— ideally Dynamics LMS configuration experience — Moodle highly preferred Exposure to business analysis, functional consulting or similar work Strong people skills and ability to engage across teamsCurious, process-minded, and keen to learn and grow How to Apply Click APPLY and include your CV and a brief cover letter outlining your interest.
