Customer Services Representative - Grenada North, Wellington

This is where You come in! In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing excellent service and support throughout the order and delivery process. Your responsibilities will include:Handling enquiries Processing orders Responding to emails Communicating with customers primarily over the phone/email regarding the status of their deliveries You'll also assist with various sales support tasks, making this a diverse and engaging role. We're looking for someone confident and experienced in customer interaction, with the ability to build strong, positive relationships and communicate effectively with a wide range of people.Who are You? While experience in customer service is key, we also value your problem-solving skills. You should be computer-savvy, able to easily adapt to the various operating systems and software we use daily. If you have prior experience in the manufacturing or building industry, that's a bonus, but it's not a requirement.What matters most is that you're outgoing, have a good sense of humour, and are deeply customer focused.
