IT Systems Administrator, Whangarei

We have over 380 loyal and passionate staff providing the best service to our customers.We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator who will primarily be responsible for managing internal business systems, user account access, license procurements, sourcing of equipment and resource allocations. Additionally, this role will involve triaging system and network issues, escalating them to external support parties if necessary.This role is a varied role with plenty of scope to grow. You will have a genuine passion for technology and delivering an outstanding customer service. Key responsibilities: Exchange Management: Manage the lifecycle of user accounts in Exchange, including the creation, modification and deletion of accountsProcess Manager administration: administer and configure users, including the completion of induction training courses Helpdesk Support: Act as the first point of contact for IT helpdesk network and system issues TEAMS&SharePoint administration Staff Onboarding&Offboarding, IT Equipment and access About You: Proven experience in an IT Systems Administrator or similar role Microsoft Stack, Exchange, TEAMS and SharePoint experience essential Knowledge of Nintex (Process Manager), Equip, Dealer Spectrum logins is highly desired Your problem solving abilities and prioritising tasks and managing your time effectively is your biggest strength.Why join Keith Andrews?
