Responsibilities Summary The Assistant Case Manager supports facility operations by handling phone calls, filing, data entry, conducting Urinalysis screens, coordinating with Probation Departments, and managing participant behavior. They also complete Starting Point assessments, facilitate cognitive-based skill groups, and manage a caseload including one-on-one interventions, referrals, and collaboration with probation officers. All other duties are assigned by the Program Manager.Primary Duties and Responsibilities Check-in participants, including drug screens and breath analysis. Conduct initial intake, input data into the database, and assign services. Perform office administration and customer service duties. Assist with case coordination, report preparation, and data management.Facilitate orientation and psycho-educational groups, documenting attendance and progress. Manage a small caseload, overseeing case management functions. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum Requirements High school diploma required. Two years of college coursework in Human Services or related fields preferred.Six months experience in Human Services or working with minority populations preferred. Must be 21 years old with at least five years of driving experience if transportation of participants is required. Good customer service and effective communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and basic database skills. Basic math skills and computer literacy. GEO Reentry Services LLC. #J-18808-Ljbffr
