Enrolled Nurse - Mental Health and Addictions Based at Whangārei Hospital in the Inpatient and Sub Acute units 3FTE available – permanent full or part-time hours to suit Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is firmly grounded in the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and is committed to building a health system that serves all New Zealanders.About the Role As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work under the direction/delegation of Registered Nurse to provide the best health outcome for tāngata whaiora and their whānau. You will work as a key member of the multidisciplinary team providing assessment, treatment and consultation while taking account of socio-cultural and Kaupapa Māori issues relevant to the wellbeing of tāngata whaiora, within the context of their whānau.About the Service/Location Tūmanako is a 29-bed purpose-built unit that cares for adults over the age of 18 who live in the Northland area. We have a multidisciplinary team who work closely together to create a supportive and recovery focused environment for our tūroro.
