It’s the perfect opportunity for someone that seesthe big picture and thrives on rolling up their sleeves to deliver realoutcomes.Reporting to the GM People&Capability, you will develop,implement, and deliver an organisation-wide learning and development strategythat lifts capability across our teams— from leadership development tooperational skills training. You’ll work closely with managers across Vitaco’s NewZealand and Australian teams, designing, coordinating, and deliveringinitiatives that strengthen leadership, compliance, and professional skills. Ifyou love building capability, seeing tangible progress, and being right wherethe action happens, this is the role for you.Experience in manufacturing or operational environments andcoaching capability will be highly regarded. Key Responsibilities Deliver a cohesive annual learning anddevelopment calendar aligned to business and operational needs. Design and deliver practical training programmesblending digital and face-to-face learning.Partner with managers to drive careerdevelopment, leadership growth, and skills uplift. Embed and maintain operational tools andprogrammes. Lead onboarding and compliance training to meetregulatory requirements in New Zealand and Australia. Manage external providers to ensure timely,business-focused training delivery.Leverage digital learning tools to enhanceengagement and accessibility. Track and report on learning impact usingsimple, effective measures. Coach and support managers to develop and growtheir teams. About You You’re someone who sees the big picture but is at your bestwhen you’re involved at the front line — designing, facilitating, coordinating,and making things happen.You are a true business partner who brings commercialthinking, a collaborative style, and a passion for continuous improvement. Youare a pragmatic, approachable, and solutions-focused L&D professional who isalso confident working autonomously, with the ability to influence and leadfrom within Qualifications&Experience Bachelor’sdegree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, or a relateddiscipline. Atleast 5 years' generalist HR experience, and at least 3years in a senior L&D role. Strongunderstanding of adult learning principles and instructional design. Hands-onexperience delivering learning initiatives in a manufacturing,operational, or high-paced environment. Confidentin coaching people leaders to build skills and performance (coachingexperience a bonus). Proficientin using learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning tools.Strongcommercial awareness, linking learning directly to business outcomes.
