This meaningful work allows you to be creative and make a difference in others' lives. Your responsibilities include:Helping individuals grow independence and learn daily skills such as using public transport, finding employment, and cooking. Assisting with daily routines like showering, dressing, medication, and meals. Supporting them to pursue goals, interests, and hobbies. Promoting health and positive lifestyle choices.Fostering strong connections with whanau and community. Flexibility to work rostered shifts, including days, evenings, sleepovers, and weekends.A calm demeanor and confidence in managing challenging behaviors. Comfortable with using computers and tablets daily. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Physical fitness to provide necessary support. A Full NZ driver’s license.
