Good communication and professional customer service skills are essential as you will be the first point of contact for staff and clients. This is a great opportunity to work in a fantastic team environment and for a company that values their staff.Key Objectives Comfortable working in a trade environment Together with the Team Supervisor, manage the scheduling of appointments and installations Support the business owner and Team Supervisor in a personal assistant capacity Team player with strong initiative and an approachable attitude who is able to help out where needed and work with and alongside other staffResponsibilities: Drive business efficiency Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and processing customer requests promptly Maintain and complete accurate customer installation follow-up records Manage business and customers H&S requirements Manage business social media accounts and marketing initiatives Complete special projects and assignments as required Assist with in, and out-ward goods receipt Fleet management Skills: 5+ years of relevant work experience in office administration Strong written and verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal and relationship building skills Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively Capable MS Office and inhouse software user Self-starter, quick leaner and confident to suggest improvements Strong attention to detail and level of concentration Able to identify and solve issues on the goAbility to work proactively (independently and within a team) This is a full time, permanent position, and an opportunity to make this role your own.
