Maintain a neat, well-groomed appearance and adhere to personal appearance policies. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned. Train and support other associates as needed. Communicate effectively within the department and organization.Support management in maintaining productivity and safety standards. Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and work areas. Develop product knowledge across bakery items such as rolls, desserts, cakes, muffins, and more. Adhere to sanitation and food safety standards. Qualifications: Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to work well in a team and learn multiple tasks. Must meet age requirements for specific duties. Physical Requirements: Repetitive hand and arm motions; standing/walking for most of the shift. Lift up to 30 lbs. frequently, up to 40 lbs. occasionally. Reach overhead and to shoulder level as needed.Work in hot/cold environments for short periods. Operate controls, handle tools, and manage various substances safely. Preferred Requirements: Provide excellent customer service and assist in product selection. Prepare bakery products including setting, proofing, baking, and decorating. Maintain quality standards and efficient production planning.Package and display products appropriately. Recordkeeping of production, sales, and inventory. Operate RF units and handle bakery loads. Salary range: $15.00 - $19.65 hourly.
