Come and join our award-winning team!Job Summary As an Assistant Director of Dining Services , you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day food service operations of a 200+ person senior living community. You will manage and lead a team of 12-25 associates, focusing on talent development, managing client relationships, profitability, and supporting financial goals in an assigned area.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Work with the Chef and management team to create nutritious, top-quality food. Implement new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary teams. Maintain excellent relationships with the client. Manage, train, and develop associates. Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications: 1 to 3 years of food service management experience. Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, healthcare, or related food service operations. Strong leadership and communication skills. Financial experience and business acumen skills. Proficient in MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.Associate's degree preferred. Apply to Unidine today!
