The organisation provides homecare and personal care to Clients to enable them to live in their own home independently. The service extends to Clients at home in the Northland Region. The Service has contracts to provide support to Clients under the care of the Northland District Health Board, Ministry of Health, and ACC.We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) who wants to kickstart their career with a reputable, longstanding company that can support your growth, knowledge, and hands-on experience.· This role is based at our Central Whangarei Office. · Monday to Friday, with flexible hours · Part-time or full-time work available· No shift work or public holidays · At least six months or longer work availability We seek someone with the skills and experience to work with people in our community. You will need a friendly nature and a genuine passion for caring for Clients who are older, living with a disability, or supported by ACC/rehabilitation services.Your responsibilities will include visiting and setting up Client support in their homes, as well as monitoring ongoing support needs with office backup and support. The Role requires:· Good time management with multiple tasks · Ability to strive and meet set deadlines · Excellent work ethic and professionalism· Strong team player with sound communication skills · Computer competency, literacy, and accuracy – Intermediate Level · Legal eligibility to work in NZ long-term · Guidance and mentoring of Support Workers · Networking with Allied Health and other Community Agencies · Flexibility forattending trainings or work demands· Ability and confidence to work unsupervised · Loyalty and adherence to our Organisation's vision and policies · Great customer service skills, maintaining appropriate boundaries · Clean driving record – traveling to Clients’ homes is a daily requirement · Self-motivation with a “CanDo” attitude for optimal achievementWe are a friendly and supportive organisation that will assist with your professional development and training.
