We're looking for a Resource Coordinator to help ensure our support workers are in the right place at the right time— delivering compassionate, high-quality care to our clients. This is a full-time, office-based role located at our head office in Whangārei.What You’ll be Doing As our Resource Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in the smooth delivery of services across our network. Your day-to-day will include: Creating and maintaining effective staff rosters to ensure clients receive consistent and reliable support Responding quickly and creatively tolast-minute changes or emergenciesCollaborating closely with our Clinical Service Coordinators to align staffing with client needs Supporting recruitment efforts to grow our team of support workers Building strong, positive relationships with staff and conducting performance appraisals What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone who is empathetic, solution-focused, and experienced in working with client needs.
