Physiotherapist (Contractor) - Multiple Locations Healthvision is a leading provider of Specialist Homecare, Community Nursing, and Rehabilitation services throughout New Zealand. We are seeking Physiotherapists to provide care to our service users through various contracts with ACC and MOH. You will join a multidisciplinary team that provides services across NZ.This position is for an independent contractor to deliver specialist clinical services in the community. Job Locations: Waikato, Northland&Bay of Plenty About the role: This community-based role involves supporting clients to remain in their homes and participate in daily community activities. The ideal candidate will have a passionate, dynamic approach to community care and rehabilitation. The role requires completing community-based multidisciplinary rehabilitation programs, such as training for independence for ACC and other contracts like the ACC ISCC contract.This position offers high autonomy and flexibility to suit your lifestyle, ideal for someone who thrives on challenges and creative opportunities. Responsibilities: Manage referrals based on your location and cover a suitable geographical area. Develop services and regions in collaboration with other work streams within Healthvision.Perform assessments, report writing, and support planning. Enable clients to live their best lives. Work holistically, applying a philosophy of people helping people, with strong local knowledge of the NZ health system. Candidate prerequisites: Passion for helping people in the community.Experience working in community settings. Ability to communicate effectively with primary and secondary healthcare providers; understanding of ACC and MOH community contracts is advantageous. Knowledge of neurological and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. Current registration with the Physiotherapy Board of New Zealand and a practicing certificate.Ability to work autonomously with a solution-focused approach. Excellent communication and report writing skills. Good time management and relationship-building skills. Willingness and ability to travel within the region. Legal right to work in NZ.
