About the Role:As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of Project Managers, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. You'll play an important role in developing your team's capability, improving processes, and driving performance across safety, quality, productivity, and commercial outcomes.Manage a team of Project Managers - coaching, mentoring, and enabling their success Oversee end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and maintenance projects Ensure commercial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Build a strong safety-first culture Maintain productive relationships with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodiesSupport continuous improvement and future growth through innovation and leadership Ensure the project delivery aligns with strategic and operational goals About You: Have related industry experience, contracting, infrastructure, or utilities maintenance Proven project management experience, ideally across both capital works and maintenance environmentsHas a strong commercial background with budgeting and financial performance accountability Confident in leading teams, managing multiple priorities, and guiding decision-making Can build strong internal and external relationships with ease Shows initiative, professionalism, and a commitment to safety and qualityWhat's in it for you?
