This key role supports daily centre operations, ensuring compliance with Ministry of Education requirements and delivering exceptional early learning experiences.This busy role involves being the first point of contact for whānau, managing bookings, responding to enquiries, maintaining parent accounts, overseeing payments, and supporting general admin tasks. You should have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, confidence with IT systems (Excel, Word, Outlook), and a friendly approach to connecting with tamariki occasionally.You will be supported by our National Admin Support team, with ongoing training and a comprehensive induction to ensure your success.
