You'll work across all age groups, including our beautiful Infants room, helping to provide nurturing care and enriching learning experiences.This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young lives, build strong relationships with children and their whānau, and be part of a close-knit, supportive team. Reporting to the Centre Manager, you’ll play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the centre.This is a permanent, Full-Time position (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday) What You'll Be Doing Providing high-quality care and learning experiences for tamariki Supporting all classrooms and stepping in during staff breaks Engaging in team activities that promote collaboration and extend children's developmentHelping maintain a well-organised, safe, and inclusive environment What We’re Looking For We’re after someone who has a natural connection with young children, especially infants and toddlers. While an ECE qualification is not required, experience working with children under five is essential.
