As a Service Delivery Coordinator , you are critical in engaging our workforce in the processing/delivery of our customer's mail and parcels in a timely and efficient way. You will be based at our Whangarei Depot on Union East Street.Hours Monday to Friday: 07:00 to 15:30 About This Role Daily interaction with delivery agents, courier drivers, Rural delivery drivers, customer service team and warehouse staff Monitor and improve productivity within the contracted delivery team Assist with customer queries Be involved with the team in decision making, outlining challenges and asking for solutionsUndertake vital administration tasks If you have exceptional leadership capabilities and are looking for a step up in your career, we would love to hear from you.
