No qualifications or prior experience are necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to equip you with essential skills and knowledge. Our Kaiāwhina Skills Framework training occurs during your first two to four weeks, combining practical training, online learning, and mentorship.Training covers basics such as: Infection prevention and control Moving and Handling Medication management Personal cares, compression therapy, meal preparation, etc. Policies and procedures Mōhou Ake | About You Genuinely enjoy working with people who need support and seeing them thriveBe intuitive and responsive to people's feelings and needs Own a smartphone Have the right to work in New Zealand Hold a full or restricted driver’s license Be available to work every second weekend Weekend work adds an extra $1.00/hour to your pay!
