You'll work across Radio , Out of Home (OOH) , and Digital , building your own portfolio of clients, creating winning campaigns, and gaining skills that will set you up for long-term success. What You'll Be DoingGrowing a portfolio of clients across multiple media platforms Building strong relationships with new clients and understanding their needs Creating sales strategies, pitch presentations, and proposals Collaborating with your team to meet and beat revenue goals Staying up to speed with media and marketing trendsCommunicating clearly with clients and internal teams Thinking creatively to solve challenges and deliver results About You Ideally you've studied media, marketing or communications and have some experience in retail, hospitality or customer facing roles. You have drive and positive energy to deliver results for local businesses as well as MediaWorks.You're confident, personable, and builds rapport easily with everyone Highly organised and detail-oriented with good time management skills Customer-focused with excellent listening skills and a determination to deliver the best solution for our clients is highly valued in this role.
