Due to our continued growth, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic Supply Chain team.About The Role Reporting to the Strategic Procurement Manager, this role will take ownership of a designated category portfolio. You will lead procurement and cost-saving initiatives, focusing on sourcing ingredients and materials for our co-manufactured products. You’ll ensure compliance with Vitaco’s preferred supplier relationships, manage ingredient pricing and supplier performance, and guarantee the timely delivery of high-quality ingredients.Working closely with the Procurement team, Co-manufacturing Manager, NPD, Quality, and Supplier teams, you will play a critical role in delivering cost savings and supporting new product development. The role also includes leading strategic projects that drive savings across services and indirect materials.Key Responsibilities Lead sourcing activities for ingredients and materials used in co-manufactured products Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and secure competitive ingredient pricing Drive cost optimization, process improvements, and innovation projects Support new product development through ingredient sourcing and pricing negotiationCollaborate with Procurement, Co-manufacturing, Quality, NPD, Finance, and broader Supply Chain teams Qualifications&Experience 7+ years’ procurement experience, ideally within the FMCG or co-manufacturing sector Strong negotiation, supplier management, and contract management skills Financial acumen and a track record of delivering measurable cost savings A collaborative, solutions-focused approach to cross-functional teamworkAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment A tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Commerce, Science, or a related field (preferred) What We Offer At Vitaco, we don’t just offer a job—we offer a rewarding career in a business with purpose and heart .
