Reporting to the Food&Beverage Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests by responding promptly to their requests. Key Responsibilities Meet guests with a well-presented, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude. Have a good understanding of our bar offerings.Work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency. Be customer-focused and a team player. Set up and service bar operations. Attend to guests' requests. Ensure customer satisfaction through excellence in service. Have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items.Maintain a high level of cleanliness in all areas. Offer and promote products/services to members and guests. Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Uphold all relevant laws and regulations (RSA) and Occupational Health&Safety procedures at all times. Skills&Experience Must be a team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. Minimum of six (6) months experience working behind a bar; knowledge of making modern, classic, and contemporary cocktails is preferred but not essential. Good attention to detail. High level of professionalism on duty.Passion for hotels and hospitality, eager to gain experience and grow within the company. Ability to work independently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Outstanding personal presentation. Availability to work a flexible roster, including late nights and public holidays.
